Her tilf\u00f8rer personanalysen en ekstra dimension. Den hj\u00e6lper os med at forst\u00e5 de m\u00f8nstre, pr\u00e6ferencer og drivkr\u00e6fter, som p\u00e5virker kandidatens adf\u00e6rd i arbejdslivet.<\/p><h3>En personanalyse kan ikke st\u00e5 alene<\/h3><p>Hos ESBEES ser vi aldrig en personanalyse som en facitliste. Det er vigtigt for os at understrege, at ingen analyse kan afg\u00f8re, om en person er den rigtige eller forkerte kandidat. Mennesker er langt mere komplekse end et analysev\u00e6rkt\u00f8j kan beskrive. Hos ESBEES har vi valgt at samarbejde med<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipanordic.com\/da\/personality-analyses\/core-personality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> IPA Nordic,<\/a> fordi deres analyser bygger p\u00e5 anerkendt psykologisk forskning og giver et nuanceret billede af personlighed og adf\u00e6rd i arbejdsm\u00e6ssige sammenh\u00e6nge.<\/p><p>IPA Nordic fokuserer ikke p\u00e5 at placere mennesker i faste kategorier eller typer. I stedet arbejder de med personlighedstr\u00e6k, som tilsammen giver et mere realistisk og nuanceret billede af den enkelte person. Det harmonerer godt med vores egen tilgang til rekruttering. Vi tror ikke p\u00e5 hurtige konklusioner eller simple kasser. Vi tror p\u00e5 mennesker, dialog og grundighed. Der investeres ogs\u00e5 tid, opl\u00e6ring, ledelsesressourcer og forventninger.<\/p><p>Personanalysen bidrager til at skabe st\u00f8rre indsigt i, hvordan kandidaten sandsynligvis vil fungere i rollen og samarbejdet med organisationen. For nogle bliver analysen en bekr\u00e6ftelse af noget, de allerede vidste om sig selv. For andre giver den nye perspektiver p\u00e5 deres styrker, motivation eller samarbejdsstil.<\/p><p>Analysen kan blandt andet hj\u00e6lpe kandidaten med at forst\u00e5:<\/p><ul><li>Hvad der motiverer dem i arbejdet<\/li><li>Hvilke arbejdsmilj\u00f8er de trives bedst i<\/li><li>Hvordan de kommunikerer med andre<\/li><li>Hvordan de h\u00e5ndterer pres og forandringer<\/li><li>Hvilke opgaver der giver dem energi<\/li><li>Hvilke arbejdsformer der passer bedst til deres personlighed<\/li><\/ul><p>Denne indsigt kan v\u00e6re v\u00e6rdifuld langt ud over den konkrete rekrutteringsproces. Den kan bruges aktivt i karriereudvikling, samarbejde med kolleger og ledere samt i kandidatens generelle forst\u00e5else af egne styrker og udviklingsomr\u00e5der. Det er dialogen, der opst\u00e5r p\u00e5 baggrund af den. Hos ESBEES bruger vi analysen som afs\u00e6t for en kvalificeret samtale med kandidaten.<\/p><p>Vi stiller sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. Vi udfordrer antagelser. Vi unders\u00f8ger sammen de m\u00f8nstre og tendenser, som analysen peger p\u00e5. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de bliver analysen et v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j til refleksion frem for en vurdering af personen. Det giver ofte nogle af de mest interessante og v\u00e6rdifulde samtaler i hele rekrutteringsforl\u00f8bet. Derfor anvender ESBEES personanalyser, for som headhuntere har vi et ansvar over for b\u00e5de virksomheder og kandidater.<\/p><p>Vi skal hj\u00e6lpe virksomheder med at tr\u00e6ffe velovervejede ans\u00e6ttelsesbeslutninger, og vi skal hj\u00e6lpe kandidater med at finde roller, hvor de kan trives og skabe v\u00e6rdi. Personanalyser fra IPA Nordic er et vigtigt v\u00e6rkt\u00f8j i den proces. Ikke fordi analysen giver alle svarene. Men fordi den hj\u00e6lper os med at stille de rigtige sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l. N\u00e5r vi kombinerer personanalyse, interviews, referencer og vores mange \u00e5rs erfaring med headhunting og rekruttering, f\u00e5r vi et mere nuanceret billede af kandidaten og dermed et bedre grundlag for at skabe det rigtige match.
