Questions for the job interview<\/strong><\/h2>

At a job interview, you will almost always be asked the classic questions. Here are some of the questions you may be asked. At the same time, here are some good tips on how to best prepare to give a good answer to them.<\/p>

It is a very good idea to prepare for the most common questions. It also means that at the job interview you are not surprised by \u2013 and in doubt about \u2013 what to answer.<\/p>

tell about yourself<\/strong><\/h4>

The first thing you will be asked will most likely be if you can tell a little about yourself and if you can advantageously prepare for this from home. It could be to practice a small presentation of yourself so that you are not surprised when you sit for the job interview.<\/p>

In your presentation, you must talk about your education, and experience and briefly about yourself and the goals you would like to achieve. It’s something that you’ve probably already written in your CV, but it’s good to tell it in an interview too – and make sure to keep it short.<\/p>

What is your motivation for applying for the job?<\/strong><\/h4>

You will most likely also be asked what the motivation for applying for the job is. Here it would be a really good idea to talk about the company and mention some of the things that you know the company has done. Here you can mention how what the company has done is connected to what motivates you.<\/p>

It also shows that you have done your research about the company.<\/p>

What are your strengths?<\/strong><\/h4>

Before going to the job interview, it would be an advantage if you have thought about what strengths you have. Find 3-5 strengths. It is important when you have found your strengths, that you have concrete examples of when you use your strengths, as well as how you use them in your working life.<\/p>

What are your weaknesses?<\/strong><\/p>

Just as before you had to think about what your strengths are, and you also have to think about what your weaknesses are. It is not always easy to find your weaknesses, but it is important to prepare for them anyway.<\/p>

Tell us about your values!<\/strong><\/h4>

It is important for many companies which values \u200b\u200byou profess. So it is good to prepare for this question. Think about what you value in your life and in your dealings with other people.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

One’s goals must be related to the company’s goals as far as possible, and one should be concrete and specific when describing one’s goals. It is important to explain your goals for a job interview so that you show what you would like to get out of being employed by the company.<\/p>

Why should we hire you?<\/strong><\/h4>

In preparation for the job interview, you can also consider what you want to answer to this question. Here it is about summarizing everything you have previously said. Feel free to say how your strengths and experience will benefit you, even if you have already said so.<\/p>

Try to draw attention to your strengths and how they could help the company with exactly what they are lacking.<\/p>

What should you be paid?<\/strong><\/h4>

Salary is almost always difficult to talk about in a job interview. It is not something that needs to be talked about very much during the first conversation. Here it is better to push it as long as possible. A good idea could be to wait until the second or perhaps third interview to talk about salary.<\/p>

Here you know that the company is interested in you, and therefore you can also negotiate a salary. However, it is important that you show that you are not looking for the job for the salary, but for the tasks and the challenges that come with it. You can find out about the usual salary level, in similar positions, and look at your skills and experience before proposing a salary level.<\/p>

How can you help us in that others cannot?<\/strong><\/h4>

Here it’s about showing how you can help the company achieve its goals. You must draw on your experience and your knowledge.
