Prepare yourself<\/strong><\/h2>

Many do not spend enough time researching the company they are interviewing with. It is often taken for granted that as soon as you have arrived at a job interview, you are also certain to get the job. That’s not true.<\/p>

A great many candidates are chosen due to a lack of preparation. This is one of the things that recruitment managers often experience. It is therefore a very good idea to obtain knowledge about the company – both on social media, the company’s website, and in your network, if possible.<\/p>

You can use the knowledge you gain to ask questions for a job interview. It also helps that you seem interested and curious about how things are going.<\/p>

You must both prepare your knowledge of the company, but you can also advantageously prepare yourself mentally. A job interview can be the path to a huge life change, and therefore nervousness can well hit during the interview. Consider what you can do to be the best version of yourself.<\/p>

Prepare to be able to answer all the questions you may be asked. You must think about what questions your CV and application may give rise to. Maybe you have some gaps in your CV or something else that an employer would like an answer to.<\/p>

Even before you go to a job interview, it can be a good idea to plan what you want to say. You can benefit from practicing from home how you can tell the employer about yourself, your values \u200b\u200b, and your motivation for applying for the job in a good way.<\/p>

Your skills and your message should match what the company lacks.<\/p>

Be specific<\/strong><\/h4>

You must be specific when you talk about the tasks you have carried out in the past, as otherwise, it may be difficult for the employer to understand what you have done. Another good thing is to put numbers on the things you have done. Instead of saying that you are fast at your work, describe with examples how you have done things quickly and how much faster you have done them.<\/p>

It helps to show the employer how you can create value in the company.<\/p>

Include yourself in the conversation<\/strong><\/h4>

Make sure you answer the questions you are asked at the job interview thoroughly. It is up to you to ensure that you tell what you think is relevant for the employer to know. You can also advantageously ask questions about things that are mentioned during the conversation so that you show interest that way.<\/p>

Pay<\/strong><\/h4>

Many people do not want to talk about salary, but for a job interview, it is relevant to agree on where you want to be in terms of salary.
